Excellent opportunities have opened up with a Multi-disciplined Design Consultancy on the high profile Rail Baltic Project.

We have a variety of Structural Design Management roles that will be responsible for leading the delivery of design outputs by focusing on collaborative interface management, facilitating seamless integration between international and local design teams, and aligning the design process with the schedule and construction sequencing.

A key aspect of these roles will be defining the scope and minimising the target cost. You will achieve this by applying their experience in managing complex, multi-disciplinary design projects to establish common standards, monitor progress and optimise the change management process to drive a consistent approach across the Alliance. In collaboration with Rail Baltica experts, the incumbent will apply value engineering principles to minimise costs, environmental impact, and carbon footprint throughout the project lifecycle.
